We’ve all seen some imaginative and exciting cover photos on Facebook. And we’ve all seen some boring ones too. Well, your cover photos need not be boring anymore, because Facebook is testing a new feature on some Pages – Facebook cover videos!

They haven’t released much information about this yet – rather it has just been spotted by a few eagle-eyed Facebook users as key brands test it out. The new feature allows Pages to use a looping short video instead of static images as their Page cover. One such tester is Narcos, a Netflix TV show:

You can see on their page how sound is muted as it auto-plays (pretty standard for Facebook video) and they’ve utilised the looping option well.
